Mommy and Me Class (Tuesday AM)

Service Description

This is our Mommy (or Daddy) and Me class. We will do a gymnastics class and you can help, watch, and play with your children as they explore the gymnastics world! Our weekly gymnastics class is 1 hour long (10:30AM-11:30AM) We do a combination of stretching/warm up, floor time, coordination time, and trampoline time. Every month, we will have a different focus and each week, we will work to accomplish things that can ultimately teach us more about that big focus.
