Service Description

This is our School age class. Our weekly gymnastics class is 1 hour long (6:30PM-7:30PM) We do a combination of stretching/warm up, floor time, coordination time, and trampoline time. Every month, we will have a different focus and each week, we will work to accomplish things that can ultimately teach us more about that big focus.
